the location is excellent! i found the staff to be very helpful and eager to assist. the comfortable bed and very clean room. i appreciated being close to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and various transportation options.

the staff was friendly and helpful. it was acceptable.

the room was small. i found it difficult to move around with my luggage. the bathroom door didn't fully close. there was also no closet for my clothes, annoying.

helpful staff fantastic location clean space

the staff was helpful they let me check in an hour early. the location is fantastic it is right next to the empire state building. everything was clean the room was relatively basic.

the room was noisy it was also very small

there is a starbucks located directly below the hotel, made getting breakfast easy. several other businesses nearby offered alternatives if a guest desired something different .

the hotel provided bottled water to guests, a nice touch. the flexible check-out time added convenience, awesome for a more relaxed departure. luggage storage was available before check-in and after check-out.

The staff allowed me to check in early (charmed!). I also had a view of the Empire State Building from my room. The location provided easy access to Koreatown and Bryant Park.
